This is not a "Feel sorry for me" journal, just doing some reflections. I have put my best out there, and I am lucky to get one comment, maybe a few favorites. I know I am not very active on DA, but its just really frustrating when you put your heart into something and no one appreciates it.... Don't think I will delete my account, but probably may/may not post much anymore...

Not sure how many people actually read my journals, but wow its been forever since I posted. So much has changed since then, its amazing. Well, the BIG news is that I bought a horse! His name is Whisper and he is a five year old grade. I think QH/Morgan cross. He is such a total sweetheart and very much a people pleaser. It still hasn't really sunk in that my dream of many years has come true.

I never thought I would say these words, but I am taking saddleseat lessons. On saddlebreds :D After the whole fiasco with Topper, and how that blew up in my face, I knew I had to look for somewhere else. But looking at my finances, I knew I could not realistically afford much. Probably only about 2 times a month :( But, I started looking at barns in the area. Either they were not doing lessons till spring, or they only gave lessons to the boarders, or just didn't want to e-mail me back, I was hitting dead ends everywhere. So I finally went back to the saddlebred place, and gave them a call. Went out to visit the barn, and was awestruck. I
